Hiking the Flatirons
Current music: NPR's All Songs Considered - The White Album at 40
The weekend before last Meghan and I went up to Chautauqua Park to hike Flatirons #1 and #2. (Pictures from when Stacy and I hiking it in June.) The weather was in the 80s and it was great.

NASA scientists huddling
Everybody has seen the generic NASA scientist images from the 1960s with a bunch of guys in ties and horn-rimmed glasses huddling around something. I figured, since I was going to NASA, I needed some of these images while we were doing tests on the very early shell of the Wireless Lunar Habitat Mockup. More pictures here.

New Mexico - Man Weekend 2008
It is becoming a tradition for Allan and I to head to New Mexico every fall for a weekend of camping in the desert. This year we went to Santa Rosa and Santa Fe. It was beautiful and sunny and the sunsets were those amazing ones you can only get in the big desert skies. More photos here.
