Last night there was some seriously heavy snowfall. It was that wet, sticky crap and caused big traffic problems. However, this morning it is beautiful outside. I just finished shoveling and here are some shots from my backyard.

Vail Gapers
It was a great day yesterday at Vail. It was a powder day in Blue Sky Basin, but nowhere else because Blue Sky had been closed the day before due to the nasty weather. The gapers loved taking in all the sunshine at Mid-Vail.

Biosphere 2
Earlier in March I was in Tucson right after they had massive rains. Unfortunately, the hike I wanted to go on to Romero Pools was not accessible due to flooding. I went to Biosphere 2 instead.

Urban Velo photo shoot
Ms. (Jen) Hurricane is writing an article for Urban Velo about a messenger in Denver named Marcus Garcia as a bit of a follow-on to his write-up in the I Love Riding in the City section of Issue #18. She asked me to come take some photos of the guys being interviewed for inclusion in the article.
Watch for my photos in a future issue!

Seeds are sprouting
Today I noticed the first seeds in my planters are just starting to sprout. So far, romaine and baby greens are starting.

Fisher Softball in Tucson - Day 2
I skipped taking photos the first day Fisher played softball in Tucson because the light was weird. However, after a rain day, here are some shots I took.

Garden is started
I am planning to put a lot of effort into my vegetable garden this summer. Yesterday I got a small greenhouse and today Lexey and I planted some seeds and some herbs which are already growing. Looking good. I can't wait until it starts getting some good yield.
f/Stops Alleycat
Last night was the opening of the f/Stops Photography Competition and an alleycat race to go along with it. I went out to the Washington Park checkpoint and snapped a few photos. If you are in Denver, go over to Indy Ink and check out the photography. There are some great ones.
Photos from the race here.
Just got the news that their tire needs to be popped at this checkpoint:
Tire fixed, on her way:

Tourism in Tucson
Been in Tucson, Arizona for the past few days to watch my dad's softball team from St. John Fisher College play softball. Did some touristy things and we are staying in a pretty fun looking hotel...
