A few months ago, I started making infusions. So far, I have done green chile tequila, strawberry mezcal, and apple pie bourbon. The apple pie bourbon is gone, so now the next one is being started: ginger lime gin.
- 750 ml bottle of Beefeaters Artisan Cut London Dry Gin
- zest of 2 limes
- 2/3 cup of chopped fresh ginger root
I am planning to infuse it for a few weeks, shaking it every few days.
